I waited forever for this package, and it still showed up late. whoever handled the shipping was a bunch of clowns. Super frustrating experience

"Solid tripod, but the price might give some buyers pause"
I’ve been using the tripod and it does the job fine. It feels sturdy enough and I don’t really have any major complaints about how it works. That said, for the price, I think a lot of customers might expect a little more from it. It’s not a bad piece of gear at all, just not the best value if you’re trying to get the most for your money...

"Refund took longer than I expected"
The return was accepted quickly, but it just took longer than I thought to get the refund back. Not a huge issue, but I was kind of waiting on it.

"Pretty poor build quality for the price"
I bought a Sirui tripod from SIRUI, i was let down once I had it in my hands. One of the legs felt loose right out of the box, and the locks just didn’t feel as solid as I was expecting.

After only a few uses, it already started making small rattling noises, and the head doesn’t move as smoothly anymore. For the price, I really thought it would feel tougher and more reliable. Disappointed overall, and I don’t think I’d buy one again...

"Cheap-feeling accessories caused more hassle than expected"
I picked up a few SIRUI accessories thinking they’d be solid for the price, but they ended up being disappointing. The screws felt flimsy right out of the box, some of the parts didn’t line up or fit as cleanly as they should, and one piece actually started cracking after only light use. I wasn’t expecting something this simple to turn into extra stress, but I kept worrying something was going to fail while I was using it. Definitely expected better quality.

"Setup was fine, just slower than expected"
I got it working in the end, but I don’t know why the instructions made the setup feel more confusing than it needed to be. It wasn’t terrible, just took a bit longer than I expected.

"Pretty good tripod, though delivery felt a little slow"
The tripod itself seems solid and works well so far. Shipping took longer than I expected, although maybe I was just being impatient. Overall, I’m happy with it.

It was technically compatible, but my gut says it just wasn’t quite right for my setup. Nothing really wrong with it, it just didn’t work the way I hoped it would for what I needed.

"Image quality just was not good"
I was disappointed with the image quality. The photos kept coming out soft and kind of muddy, even after I spent time trying different settings to see if I could fix it.

For the price, I really expected better results. Maybe I just got a bad copy, but based on my experience, I would not buy from sirui.com again

At first it seemed fine, but after using it for a little while, it just broke waaaay too soon. I really expected it to hold up better.

The tripod showed up and works fine, so no real issue there. But the box was banged up and the foam inside had moved around a lot. Nothing was broken thankfully, but something about it just didn’t feel super secure for shipping. Could definitely be packed better.

"Support got it sorted quick"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out to support. They got back to me fast, like i said, it wasn’t a huge problem or anything. It took one extra message to fully sort out, but they were polite and helpful the whole time. Like i said, good service overall.

"Warranty help could’ve been better"
I did end up getting the issue fixed, but the warranty process took longer than I expected and was kind of frustrating. It’s good that they took care of it in the end, but the waiting around definitely left a bad impression.

"Ordering felt way more frustrating than it should’ve"
I tried ordering a tripod, and my gut feeling early on was that the site just wasn’t working right. It kept freezing at checkout, and by the time the payment page finally went through, I still didn’t get a clear update on my order. I reached out to support, but the reply felt kind of copy-pasted, which didn’t help much. It wasn’t the end of the world, but the whole thing was definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

"Way too heavy to lug around"
I thought this would be something I could actually take with me, but give me a break—it’s way too heavy to carry around comfortably. Definitely not what I’d call portable

"Stable enough, but support felt careless"
The product itself has been stable for me, so I can’t complain much there. But dealing with support was frustrating. They were slow to respond, and it felt like my issue was being handled carelessly instead of someone actually paying attention.
